Life - Health - Annuities

The Insurance Sales Network of America has teamed up with CalSurance, the largest provider of E&O insurance in the country, to offer an outstanding Errors and Omissions (E&O) program.  By teaming with CalSurance, we can ensure that you will be provided with outstanding service that will exceed your expectations coupled with a very comprehensive and competitively priced E&O product.  We now have two (2) levels of coverage to select from, depending on the products you sell.  To participate in this program, you must be appointed with one of the carriers that are listed at the bottom of this page.

2012 - Earn Free E & O COVERAGE from ISNOA

E & O Program Highlights from CalSurance:

  • Limits of Liability

    • $1,000,000 per claim each Agent

    • $1,000,000 aggregate each Agent

  • Defense Costs

    • Included within Limits of Liability

  • Deductibles

    • $500 per claim - ISNOA contracted company products

    • $1,500 per claim - all other covered products

  • Includes

    • Duty to Defend for any claim to which the policy applies.  Supplemental payments, in addition to the limits for:

      • any premium for appeal bonds for the covered part of a judgment

      • post judgment interest; and

      • all reasonable expenses incurred by the insured to assist in the investigation or defense of any claim, including loss of earnings up to $250 per day.

  • Prior Acts

    • Date of Agent's first continuously maintained Life Insurance Agents E&O policy.

  • Policy Aggregate

    • None

Level 1 Coverage for the following product lines:

  • Life Insurance (other than variable life insurance products)

  • Accident & Health Insurance

  • Long Term Care Insurance

  • Disability Income Insurance

  • Medicare Supplement Insurance

  • Fully Insured Group Life and A&H Insurance Plans, but not including Group or Ordinary Pension or Profit Sharing Plans, Individual Retirement Accounts, Keogh Plans, 401 (k), or 501 (b) Plans.
