Choice of 1-, 3-, 5-, 7-, and 10-year guaranteed terms.

The flexibility to choose one term or ladder their interest rates by choosing a combination of terms.

Ability to transfer premium from the 1-year term to another term at any time! (Funds from other terms may be transferred within 30 days of the end of the term.)

At the end of each term, clients can:

  • Do nothing, and renew automatically into the same term.*
  • Select a new term within 30 days following the end of the existing term.*

 


What's in it for Me?

An exciting entry into the MYGA market that attracts new clients seeking competitive rates and gives you a compelling new product to offer existing clients.

Sales Tip: Help clients capitalize on interest rate increases, and truly ladder their annuity. Encourage them to allocate 15-20% of their premium to the 1-year term, which has great transfer flexibility!

 

Optional Riders



What's in it for my Clients?

Ability to customize their annuity through two optional riders:

Enhanced Withdrawal Rider—provides for 10% surrender charge-free withdrawals. See Withdrawal Options for details.

Annuity Value Death Benefit Rider—allows for full annuity value at death.

Clients can choose one or both riders—whatever fits their needs. No fee is deducted from the annuity value, so no 1099s will be issued!

Clients who choose not to add a rider don't end up paying for benefits they don't need!

What's in it for Me?

The ability to:

  • Respond to the needs of clients who want extra liquidity or a stronger death benefit.
  • Offer higher interest earnings to clients who don't choose a rider.

 

Withdrawal Options



What's in it for my Clients?

The flexibility to get the access they need!

Clients who choose the Enhanced Withdrawal Rider can withdraw 10% of their annuity value each year, without surrender charge or MVA. Includes "checkbook" access!**

The following options are available—without surrender charge or MVA—whether or not the rider has been elected (see Sales Guide for details):

  • Substantially Equal Periodic Payments.
  • Confinement Waiver access.
  • Minimum required distributions.

"Surrender Charge-Free Window" (Guaranteed Term Expiration)—Within 30 days following each 3-, 5-, or 7-year term, clients can withdraw funds allocated to that term without surrender charge (+/- MVA). The Enhanced Withdrawal Rider would not apply during this 30-day window
