Robert Richardson
Mr. Richardson has been in the financial
services business since 1981. He
has helped individuals protect their wealth and secure their family's future,
and has assisted
nearly 100 financial services companies expand their business. He
graduated from Western Michigan University in 1978 and earned his bachelors
degree in Aviation Technology and Business Management. He also completed
executive learning programs from Stanford University, University of Michigan,
the University of California at Berkley, and the Leadership Excellence and
Organizational Creativity programs offered by The Disney Institute.
Throughout his career, Mr.
Richardson earned additional certifications in Project
Management, Long-Term Care, Cost Accounting, Managed Care, and
Medical Administration. After completing over 154 projects saving
companies nearly $75 million, in 2004, he earned the coveted industry
certification as a Black Belt in Six Sigma, the highest level of
achievement an individual can earn in the United States for quality
improvement. Mr. Richardson is licensed to sell
insurance and offers financial planning services in 41 states,
including Florida.
In addition to his
responsibilities with ISNOA, for the past 4 years, Mr. Richardson's
has been providing
consulting services to insurance, healthcare, and financial services
institutions. With 29 years of experience, he has managed a
$4 billion life and health insurance company and
controlled annual budgets of $65 million. He is considered and
expert in wealth transfer products and the Long-Term Care business.
He has personally written over $4 million of LTC business and
managed over $100 million of LTC business for insurance companies.
His leadership has also produced $400 million of life business, and
$3 billion of annuity sales. He is a visionary who is
considered a "deal" maker with extensive experience in the following

Judy
Richardson - Contracting, Licensing, Training
Ms.
Richardson has been in the insurance business for over
nearly 15 years. As a graduate of Michigan State University
in 1977, she started her career in education as a teacher in
the Michigan public school system teaching mathematics and
language.
Ms.
Richardson is a contracting, licensing, and training expert
and was asked to become a consultant with a major healthcare
company in the early 80's. After 20 years, she continues to
remain an active board member of that same healthcare
company. In 1991, she joined the Insurance Sales Network of
America. Ms. Richardson remains very active with various
charities, including the Childrens Hospital Miracle
Network.

Mr. Raitt is

in the company portfolio. With over twenty-one years of annuity
experience, Mr. Raitt's understanding for each specific product
and their implementation into the company portfolio, along with
his passion for the agent, ensures success for agents and
companies nationwide in the future.

Josh R. Richardson -
Director of Marketing & Sales
Josh Richardson
graduated with a degree in Economics from the
University of Michigan and began his career in the financial
services industry in 2007. As the Director of Marketing and
Sales for
the company, he is responsible for the overall marketing and sales
strategy for ISNOA. He develops all marketing brochures, field
education, lead
generation programs, producer communications, social networking
initiatives, publications, and website development/enhancements.
In addition to his marketing role, he is responsible for the
recruitment, training, and motivation of all agencies and producers
throughout the United States.
Prior to joining the
firm, Josh was a collegiate athlete at the University of Michigan.
He was ranked
as one of the best rowers on the University of Michigan Crew Team
and within the Big Ten. As a winner of numerous gold medals and
awards he was selected to participate at the
Olympic Training camp for 3 years to qualify for competition in the
Beijing Olympics and the World Championships.
While he was attending the University of Michigan, he worked for the
Rent-A-Rower program, a national organization developed in 1994,
encompassing 135 universities. The program was developed to assist
university crew members earn income to pay for travel, equipment,
and living expenses while competing throughout the country. From
manual labor to consulting, athletes provided services in their
local communities while attending college.
