Each year the Insurance Sales Network of America offers an incentive program that is far and above our competitors.  We do this for one specific reason...... to provide the producing agent an opportunity to earn more income, while helping our agency grow in sales.  In 2010, we are offering 3 programs that are listed below.  We are confident that when you look at our programs, you will want to sell products through our agency.  The 3 programs that are offered in 2010 are:

• Referral Bonus

• Production Bonus on SPWL business

• Great Car Giveaway Program

1.  Referral Bonus  - 15% bonus

If you are a producing agent who is contracted directly with ISNOA, we will pay you a bonus for referring new agents in to us.  As the referring agent, you will earn a 15% bonus on all commissions that ISNOA earns on the new agents production for 12 months. The new agent must be contracted directly with ISNOA at street level.  This bonus is payable every six months.  All products, except Medicare Supplement and Medicare Advantage count towards this bonus. As a referring agent, you will need to inform ISNOA the agents name before they contract with us to get credit for the referral.

Example:

A new agent that you referred to us earned ISNOA $10,000 in commissions during the first 6 months that the agent began with us.  We would pay you 15% of that $10,000, or $1,500.

2.  Personal Production Bonus    

ISNOA will pay any street level agent a bonus on Columbian Life's, Single Premium Whole Life business.  The bonus amount varies by policy face amount.

3.  The Great Car Giveaway Program

Are you a street level agent contracted directly with ISNOA?  Are you interested in winning a new car in 2010?  ISNOA  has put together the greatest car giveaway program in the business. Contest Rules: 

• Qualification Period  - January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010
• * Agent must be directly contracted with ISNOA at street level only.  Premium production is based on the total cumulative personal production of Columbian Life's, Single Premium Whole Life Insurance that has been paid and in force at the end of the calendar year. 
• Only one car or motorcycle will be awarded to a qualifying personal producer at the end of the contest period, based on the total amount of paid and in force Columbian SPWL premium. 
• Producer must be in good standing and active with ISNOA.
• Cash rewards will not be substituted in lieu of vehicle.
• Rewards are not transferrable and can't be exchanged for cash.
• Any contract level above street level, are not included in this bonus program.
